We explain the process: Once your purchase is reflected in our system, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details (this will depend on the payment method you have selected). It will take 1-3 business days to prepare your order and it will not take more than 8 business days for delivery until the place you have indicated at the time of making your online purchase.
Orders placed on Friday after 6:30 pm until Sunday 12:00 am central time will be processed until the next business day.
REFUND POLICY
You have 15 business days from the delivery date to return the products purchased through the L’Bel & Esika | Beauty Shop online store. As an indispensable requirement the product MUST NOT BE OPEN, that it is complete as it was sent, that is, with all the elements (labels, accessories, packaging, etc.). IN NO CASE will we accept open products for hygiene and quality.
The customer is the one who pays the cost of the return label of the product and it will be deducted from the amount of your purchase and the difference will be the return amount of your purchase.
