Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Como Requisito indispensable el producto NO DEBE SER ABIERTO, que este completo tal y como fue enviado, es decir, con todos los elementos (etiquetas, accesorios, empaques, etc.) EN NINGUN CASO aceptaremos productos abiertos por higiene y calidad.
El cliente es el que paga el costo de la etiqueta de regreso del producto y sera descontado del importe de tu compra y la diferencia sera el importe de devolucion de tu compra.
